Deposit
All rentals require a refundable security deposit of $250.00 or a optional damage waiver of $49.00 (limit $1500.00 liability).
Click here for full details on the optional damage waiver policy. The deposit will hold the reservation and will be returned within 10 business days after departure.
There is an additional $50 non-refundable cleaning fee for pets. (No pets at Casa de Esperanza)
Payment
Full payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment can be made using Pay Pal, wire transfer, direct deposit, cashier's check or personal check.
Credit cards can be used through Pay Pal - Pay Pal fees will be added to invoice
(domestic 3% and international 4%).
